Emily earned her Bachelor degree in Biology, and her Master of Science in Molecular Pathobiology. She is a certified Histology Technologist (HTL-ASCP) and a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and National Society for Histotechnology (NSH). Emily has been working in the field of pathology for over 6 years. She brings to Pathology Lab Solutions an enthusiasm for excellence balanced with a strong foundational knowledge and practical insight comparable to very seasoned professionals. Emily’s assets are her intelligent detailed problem solving skills with her strong “hands-on” work ethic. She sets a tone of excellence for your new lab and employees as she oversees the hiring and training of the staff.
 
 

Bryan Elias, HT(ASCP)

 

Bryan attended Indiana University-Purdue University of Indiana where he studied the theory and practices of Histotechnology. He is a certified Histology Technician (HT-ASCP), as well as a a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and National Society for Histotechnology (NSH). Bryan’s strong technical background was developed in the lab over 10 years while performing routine bench work as well as advanced laboratory techniques. The confidence Bryan has in his skills will be an asset to your lab as he works to set it up and train your staff. The diversity of his background and the experiences of his career have given Bryan an open, friendly and team based approach to staff training. His strong technical background is balanced by his sincere commitment to the field of pathology, your specimens, and your staff.

 

Rod Glose, M.Ed., SCT(ASCP)SLS, H

 

Rod earned his Bachelor degree in Microbiology and Chemistry and his Master in Science Education. He is a Certified Specialist in Cytotechnology, Lab Safety and a Medical Technologist. Rod brings 24 years of experience to the Pathology Lab Solutions team in every area of the laboratory. His experience as a technologist in a community hospital and a laboratory instructor provide him with the necessary technical knowledge. Administrative skills were acquired as a manager in large a New York City hospital lab and a Medical Officer in the US Army establishing small mobile laboratories during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He brings this vast experience, balanced with his administrative background to provide strong leadership and an innovative management approach to your project. He understands the complexities of a project with the constraints of a budget. Rod brings confidence and an attitude of possibility to your project and is dedicated to the success of your lab, using his expertise to help you achieve it.
