Our main objective at PLS, is to provide all the comprehensive solutions for you need. In our efforts to continually serve you to the best of our abilities we encourage you to leave us feedback. Shipping Policies

At PLS we use FedEx ground shipping services for all of our delivery needs. To ensure that your order has been completed as requested, please review each package upon arrival. By examining the attached or enclosed packing slip you can identify any shipping errors. Please note that orders containing multiple boxes will only receive one packing slip. This packing slip will indicate whether or not you should expect other boxes along with the current shipment or if there are other items being shipped separately. If certain items from your order are being shipped separately, then those pieces would have an additional packing slip in order to identify if the order is completed or not. Also, the packing slip will be marked if an item is on backorder. If you have any questions about the status of your order or would like to obtain the tracking number of your shipments, call our office at 610.828.7100.

By carefully examining and unpacking your order, along with checking the items against the packing slip, you can assist us in ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases. In order for us to correct any shipping or ordering mistakes please notify PLS within 2 business days of receiving your shipment.

Our "Free Shipping on orders over $100" is not exclusive to all products listed on the website. Unfortunately some products over a certain weight limit that are being shipped to a far location will not qualify for our "Free Shipping on orders over $100" policy. We do everything we can to save you money on shipping and to simply pass our cost on to you. Also, we do our best to up front and honest about those items that may not qualify for the promotion. If you notice a discrepancy or would like to check to see if a product qualifies, please call our office 610.828.7100.

Return Policy

At PLS we are highly concerned with your utmost satisfaction and want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If you are dissatisfied with our products please let us know and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange of products. All product returns or complaints can be reported to our office number at 610.828.7100, within 2 business days.

Most products are returnable however all returns and exchanges must follow our return policies. First, for any equipment that is being returned that has been in contact with human specimen, a de-contamination form must be completed and sent to our office before the item may ship back. This form can be downloaded below. Next, prior to returning any item you must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be noticeable on the outside of the packaging. Please contact the PLS office to obtain this RMA number.

All items returned must be in the condition it was received in, the original packaging, and original shipping boxes. We do not charge a restocking fee unless the item is a part of a special order. If you are trying to return or exchange an item that is a part of a specialty order, a minimum of 20% restocking fee may apply. In order for regular orders to receive a full credit, all packages must be in mint, undamaged condition and must not be a special order. If upon receiving a shipment, it does not meet the specifications guaranteed upon ordering, please call our main office to assist you with the return, exchange, or correction of this shipment.

Tax Info

We are required by state law to charge sales tax on all applicable orders. If you are tax-exempt, please provide your tax exemption number upon your first order.

Throughout the entire PLS website, all checkout pages are protected and encrypted from unauthorized use. We promise that all pages requiring payment information including credit card numbers, names, addresses, etc. are encrypted with the Secure Socket Layout (SSL) which is the industry standard technology that ensures all information given to us remains private between us, the seller, and you the customer. Special orders are frequent in the lab world and at Pathology Lab Solutions we pride ourselves in providing unique and tailored solutions for all your in-house pathology needs.
