To help you get the most out of our services we start the process off with a consultation/initial meeting/phone conference. This depends on the location of the practice and any time contraints our team or the practice may have. Sometimes multiple initial meetings are required to hash out certain details or requests.
The purpose of these meetings are to begin to understand your needs including space availability, annual number of biopsies, and estimated time frame. We will also briefly explain how our process works, address any initial areas of concern and financial limitations.
Typically, by the end of these meetings we can tell you whether an in-house lab makes sense for your practice. If you decide you want to proceed with our pathology lab services, we send your a Services Agreement that lays out the agreed-upon project scope, timing and costs for the project.
